Diet PEPSI WOMAN toko-toko Can Helper

PEPSI Japan started campaign with promos "PEPSI toko-toko Can Helper" from the end of the summer, 2000. This promos has been attracting PEPSI fan's attention not only for its uniqueness but for the fact one of them is a PEPSI's new promotion character, diet PEPSI-WOMAN.

One of the distinction in this figure is that it is so-called knockdown style model. Winner can receive "Can helper's do-it-yourself kit" consist of 11 parts including spring power unit [photo]. This kit is glue-free and assembled easily with instruction diagram.

The assembled figure is about 10cm high and highly deformed. Hand cart is equipped for the can and it can carry full PEPSI 350ml can for 40-50cm by spring power. There is absolutely no practicity in it, yet at least it's fun to watch it goes.

There are 4 kind of "Can Helper" in this campaign, and one of them is diet PEPSI-WOMAN. She is quite resemble to original PEPSI-MAN, but body is silver just like the can of diet PEPSI. And she is quite bosomy, unlike PEPSI-MAN of course.

PEPSI-WOMAN was made for the purpose of promoting new diet PEPSI released this summer PEPSI has no plan to appoint her to continuous promotion character, according to PEPSI. It might be the first and last PEPSI-WOMAN promo.
